“Fannie and Freddie were lovers,
Lordy oh how they did love
Swore to be true to each other
True as the stars above
He was her man he wouldn’t do her wrong

….or so they each thought….. until they met a couple of their clients:

MIN AND DON CHAE, MORTGAGE BORROWERS, SoCAL

“I ain’t gonna tell you no stories
I ain’t gonna tell you no lies
I saw your FREDDIE half an hour ago
Making business with MIN and DON CHAE
He is your man but he’s doing you wrong

THEN….

“FANNIE went back to the hotel
She didn’t go for fun
Fannie went back to get a hold of
Freddie’s shooting gun
He was her man but he was doing her wrong

THOSE BROTHERS WEREN’T NO GOOD BORROWERS

”FANNIE drew back her kimono
pulled out her lil 44
root to toot toot three times she shot
right through the hardwood door
She shot her man cos he was doin her wrong

…..SO IN COME THE CHAE BROTHERS’ LEGAL HACKS…..IN COME THOSE ‘LIM, RUGER & KIM ATTORNEYS’….ALL ZOOT-SUITED UP TO KILL…HOW DARE SOMEONE SHOOT THEIR LENDER FOR CHEATING WITH THEIR CLIENT BROTHERS…..those guys who they knew would pay well to get off of the hook….cause…it wasn’t Fannie who shot Freddie….it was them!

They had pulled that trigger….that had been in Fannie’s hand….and so the attorneys knew that to frame Fannie would bring lots of loot to them….MIN and DON CHAE’S loot…..”after all”, said ‘LIM, RUGER and PARTNER PHILIP GRANT, “these guys own PLAZA de MEXICO, in  Lynwood,  California, the CAROUSEL MALL in San Berdu, and they own a corpse at 3171 FAIR OAKS AVE at GREEN ST., in Pasadena, Ca.  that Fannie had known the bank was eating”…poor old CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK OF HAWAII…eating its own toxic waste…. and so PHILIP GRANT and LIM held a conference with the clients BROTHERS-CHAE ….they read them their marching orders….”PAY UP OR GO TO JAIL” ….we can nail FANNIE….for what you did….but, only with enough loot in our coffers….

……but FANNIE had known too much already, she had already called for a wake and a fully-accessorized autopsy for FREDDIE ….and, none less than the UNIVERSITY CLUB OF PASADENA would be reserved for its setting….and…

There is not where the story ends….

……FANNIE ‘got her man’s killers’….she opened the casket-files on THE BROTHERS’ SECRET CORPSE at 3171 Fair Oaks and Green…as up from its crib came its dead fetus…’FOG’ is what he was named….now permeating the city with his odor….wishing still to have been born… .and ready to spill the story of how MIN and DON CHAE had killed him…and, of HOW THEIR ATTORNEYS HAD TRIED TO FRAME HER FOR POOR FREDDIE’S DEATH….… BECAUSE POOR FREDDIE HAD MADE A POOR CHOICE OF BORROWERS….….and, now he lay dead with poor ‘FOG’…both weeping together…wishing they’d never met….but….

…….the attorneys had promised themselves a landmark year of fees….they weren’t going to let go easily….THEY NEEDED TO KEEP THE BROTHERS-CHAE  BELIEVING THEY COULD NAIL FANNIE FOR FREDDIE’S UNTIMELY DEATH….and, so be able to bring the BROTHERS vindication for having murdered ‘FOG’….and, GIVE THEM COVER-UP FOR HAVING MURDERED POOR FREDDIE….…..

“Roll out your rubber tyred hearses
Roll our your rubber tyred hacks
Twelve men goin to the graveyard
Eleven men coming back
He was her man but he was doin her wrong

……NOW COME FREDDIE’S REGULATORS…READY TO SPILL HIS GUTS….BUT THERE STILL WAS FANNIE TO DEAL WITH, SHE WAS READY TO TELL HOW THE CHAE BROTHERS HAD DUPED POOR FREDDIE AND NOW LEFT HIM FOR DEAD…..

“The sheriff arrested FANNIE
Threw her in jail the next day
Locked her up in a prison cell
And threw the key away
For shootin her man cos he was doin her wrong

…………BUT,…FANNIE HAD MORE UP HER SLEEVE…..SHE WASN’T READY TO BE BURNED AT THE STAKE OF LIM, RUGER AND PHILIP GRANT’S PYRE FOR SOMETHING SHE DIDN’T DO….SHE KNEW IT WAS THOSE CHAE BROTHERS AND THEIR ATTORNEYS LIM, RUGER & KIM AND PARTNER GRANT, WHO HAD PULLED THE TRIGGER….AND HAD PLACED THE GUN IN HER HAND…..

………….FANNIE HAD A KEY TO THE JAIL…SHE KNEW THE TECHNOLOGY OF TURNING THE TABLES….SHE KNEW THAT THE TRUTH ONCE OUT WOULD EVER AND ALWAYS FREE HER AND PUT THE CHAE BROTHERS IN STRIPES….

………….OFF TO THE WORLD WIDE NET SHE SENT BLOGS…SHE KNEW IT WAS A MATTER OF TIME….SHE HAD PUT THE GUN BACK IN THE CHAE-BROTHERS’ HANDS…..AND….SHE WOULD FINISH HER GRIEVING FOR FREDDIE……AT THE SEASHORE….IN MALIBU….’CAUSE NOW SHE COULD GO BACK TO OLD FRIENDS….WHERE ALL WOULD BE FINE IN THE FUTURE…WATCHING THE WAVES TOWARD HAWAII WONDERING IF FREDDIE COULD COME BACK….

………….BUT, AT LEAST SHE HAD EXPOSED HIS KILLERS….AND THEIR MALICIOUS ATTORNEY’S INTENT….AND, NOW SHE KNEW THAT AS THE STORY SAILED INTO CYBERSPACE THE WHOLE SORDID AFFAIR OF THE CHAE’S AND LIM, RUGER – AND, ALL OF THEIR KIND WHO HAD TAKEN FREDDIE’S LIFE…WOULD COME TO REST IN THE ARCHIVES OF THE 2008 BANKING CRISES AND CREATE A CLEAR FRAMEWORK FOR TORT REFORM….TO PUT THOSE ATTORNEYS WHERE THEY BELONG….

…………THINKING THAT IF EVER THE CHAE-BROTHERS GOT SMART THEY WOULD PUT LIM, RUGER IN STRIPES FOR FREDDIE’S SAKE….WHEN THE MOMENT ARRIVES THAT THEIR AUDITORS INQUIRE ABOUT THE MILLIONS GONE TO LIM, RUGER’S ACCOUNT….ALL WASTED MONEY…….

…………..BOTH FANNIE AND FREDDIE WERE FREE……

”This story HAS got a moral
But, this story ain’t got no end
until all of the Trial Lawyers are caught

Placing guns in other people’s hands….

Meanwhile, this story only goes to show
that there ain’t no good in men
Even Freddie had done wrong

Doing business with unqualified borrowers…

Fannie was prepared to forgive him,

Beause in her heart she knew she too had done the same

And…

Because he was her man
