AMERICAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM FRAUD EXPOSED

An Exposé of Mortgage Fraud behind the Commercial Bank Industry collapse and how corrupt Trial Lawyers maliciously use the Legal System to leverage their corrupt business clients to legal action in order to promote massive legal fees for themselves, using a boiler-plate fraud model that is their bread-and-butter annual economic percentage income increase projection ratio dependent on their malicious prosecution tally that is based on fraudulent claims against innocent parties in order to win meritless summary judgments against defendants whom they know are economically unable to defend these financially prohibitive bogus suits; whom they also know will be driven into bankruptcy and are so, defendants from whom they know their client will never collect a dime – while they, the lawyers, are laughing all of the way to the bank – and in some events retiring at an early age to travel Europe for a couple of years – having eaten their (own) client’s bank account in a scam to fraudulently increase their law firm’s billings and their retirement income package.

The Punch Line: The client’s corruption is the lawyer’s guarantee of being securely belted into the driver’s seat of the client’s bank accounts.

FORWARD:

The above-referenced report “THE 2^ND COMING OF ‘FOG’” chronicles a real-life event of legal and corporate corruption, legislative fraud, and the death of a fetus in its 3^rd trimester.  ‘FOG’ is the acronym for a property that had a business-development lifeline; it became one of personality which is clearly defined in the report; it became a brutal abortion of fair-business practices related to the phantom personality of the property’s planned development.  The abortion was followed by a vicious cover-up scam launched in the courts by its perpetrators using unscrupulous lawyers to transfer culpability to those who attempted to save the life of Fetus FOG.  Their intent was to destroy the lives of parties who were witnesses to the crime, who had pursued justice against those who had perpetrated the crime – who themselves were then caught as victims of Korean immigrant businessmen who were held accountable for willful mortgage fraud.

The report demonstrates how the legal system is used to fraudulently and maliciously seek revenge by perpetrators of business and banking fraud who resent having been exposed and held accountable for their unlawful actions.  It demonstrates how those who have been the victims of business fraud, breach and non-payment of contract, by such perpetrators are punished by a corrupt legal system that permits vengeful, fraudulent, and malicious legal claims requiring placing their victim in the position of defendant against such lies and legal motions that assert false claims, false addresses and state jurisdictions, false names, and false intent behind contrived and non-existent activities and intentions.  The report demonstrates how unscrupulous trial lawyers conspire with unscrupulous business clients to financially massacre the ‘offended’, positioning them as perpetrators, brazenly claiming their intent to “drive those to whom they owe a debt for unpaid services, and those who by legitimate business means sought to collect that debt pursuant to a breach of contract, who have violated no civil laws, into bankruptcy”.

The report is a chronology of the conventional steps of initiation and navigation through the process of a real estate investment and development-plan process; beginning with brokers, attorneys, lenders, to professional service providers, arriving at the design and entitlement process, and, there to find a critical path of intentional misrepresentations all along these sequences, including willful misrepresentation to commercial bank lenders, and their regulatory malfeasance and omission of proper underwriting, resulting in mortgage proceeds far exceeding economic justification for the property and its potential – leading to exposure of a scam, and the death of the project.

The ‘who dunnit’ aspect of these events is exposed at the start, the ‘how they dunnit’ part of the story unfolds as the chronology of “FOG’s” saga is disclosed.  ‘FOG’ was aborted  by parents who used The System to create a myth, to play a subversive game, and to destroy him when their game failed, and then to seek revenge against those who were defrauded by them and left with substantial unpaid invoices for services rendered, and those professionals who endeavored to assist..  .

In summary:

The reader will fall in love with ‘FOG’.  His presence and persona is not unlike “E.T’s”. The report begins at FOG’s autopsy party at the University Club in Pasadena.  The metaphors between business, banking, and real estate definitions of their systems and biological terms are clearly and humorously tethered to a storyline.

‘FETUS FOG’ died at the hands of unscrupulous individuals using a corrupted legal system made so by Liberal-Left activist judges, one that elevates white collar criminals of sufficient economic power to buy clout, whether directly or indirectly, from the courts – and to literally ‘get away with murder’ and theft.

This legal system further enables these white-collar criminals to continue their rampage of slaughter against individuals to whom they vengefully transfer the blame of their malfeasance by use of the judicial system’s collusion with greed-driven, dishonest, legal representatives. The legal system permits such individuals to punish those who have exposed their fraud, who have forced them by legal measures to be held accountable for dishonest dealings in business and violation of commercial fair-lending regulations.

This aspect of the story comes under the caption:

“Rule # 1 Unfair Business Practices L.A. County Manual: Better to keep your lawyers’ jugular instinct at full throttle, to feed their ravenous greed with large annual retainers and plenty of the red meat of human sacrifice in the courts; to feed their eager appetites to lead you in  malicious prosecutorial actions that keep their incisors sharp, the better to eat you and your creditors by  unscrupulously using  the law to do your dirty work, rather than to pay  your contractual debt” . This is called  “Pre-Emptive Strikes Against Fair Business Practices”.

This story has everything in it that makes a great detective novel from business and legal scams to a brutal abortion, to the promise of resurrection of a murdered fetus, to palace coups and inner-circle extortions – and, all of it under the nose of The Law.

The report is presented with humor, as a frame story.  It traces its operatives while defrauding two (real-life) major banks. From this point they have proceeded to defraud professional service providers whom they have retained to implement their real estate property development scam.  From there, their crime spree turns to breaching business contracts and threatening city organizations and a municipal city Building Dept.  This is followed by use of the courts to maliciously bring suits against those whom they’ve originally victimized, now using the law to bring fraudulent legal claims against those whom they’ve defrauded for having used legal remedies to demand compliance with breached agreements. And, this is only a part of the story of the death of a real-estate property that came to be known and loved as “Fetus FOG”

BACKGROUND

America’s judicial system no longer resembles its genealogical roots.  Today’s America is a failed Mengele-ian social experiment; its genetic-blueprint of ‘Liberty and justice for all’ has been permanently damaged beyond recovery; there no longer is an America as we’ve known it; it has been ethnically destroyed by the very DNA of its socio-genesis.  Like Nano-tech’s Grey Goo it has eaten itself.

“The end justifies the means” is a psychodynamic-technology” which in biological terminology means “It’s O.K. to destroy America’s Constitutional phenotype’ (i.e. its exterior structure; its classic design ‘façade’) as a means of destroying (morphing) its genotype (i.e. destroying its interior structure; its genealogical reproductive system);  This New Face of the Democratic Party is a mask of hiding Marxist doctrine; practicing the genetic-engineering techniques of Joseph Mengele on a mass-scale with the intent to genetically alter the central nervous system of what once was “America”.   . .

The following story brings this technique to a real-life micro-scale example of this phenomenon; it makes the biological metaphor real and personal in an example of the homicide of a commercial real estate property, located in Pasadena, California, in which those who murdered its amorphously-embodied phenome, “FOG”, not only got a away with murder, but also have used an out-of-control legal system to continue their murderous rampage against the very people who attempted to bring “Fetus FOG” to full-term.

These vigilantes are the clones of a Mengle-ian federal legislature which 50 years ago adopted a social-reengineering design model to create a gene-pool that could be easily enslaved to their agenda.  It was The Immigration Reform Act of 1965.

As a result, America has suffered a sociologically damaged spermatozoa that has infiltrated the country’s entire cellular system, socially dis-affecting Americans born and naturalized on our soil prior to 1965, and those who have since come to America legally from countries that share our Western intellectual and social ethic, or at a minimum have the cerebral evolution to seek to understand it..

The story of “FOG” is a narrative of this disease pathology as it is demonstrated in our everyday lives, having seeped into our legal and social policy infrastructure, becoming the laws of the land affecting every single individual negatively, progressively increasing negative rights in a legal system that indicts the innocent by allowing malicious and frivolous, fraudulent prosecution, costing millions of individuals their life-savings to defend themselves against lies and fraud while default judgments are liberally awarded against those who cannot afford these costs.

The genetic-map of these morphed-cells remains neatly hosted and now only thinly-disguised in the current office of the President of the U.S.,  the current House of Representativesand Senate.

As you read about ‘FOG’s’ death, and read its Afterword, you will recognize your own worst nightmare.  You will also recognize names: The banks, the City, the specific location within the City; the law firms; the immigrant ethnicities; the special interest groups – but, what you won’t recognize until you get to the Punch Line is Your Self.  It is your bank, your business community, your immigrant ethnicities in some events and not in others; and your bank account and your former personal constitutional rights that you won’t recognize in the mirror of this story.

A BRIEF INTRODUCTORY CHRONO RE-CAP: :

“FOG” is the story of the ghost of a failed real estate property redevelopment project at an intersection in Pasadena, California, at the corner of Fair Oaks Ave. and Green Street (“F.O.G.”). The acronym speaks to the deception that shrouded his attempt to live from ‘conception/inception’ to his death.

The 2^nd Coming of FOG’ is a first-hand, legally documented, real-life narrative of government corruption, channeled through the legislative system thru to the taxpayer, artfully designed to first make its way through our banking and legal systems – ultimately landing at the Tax Payer’s bank account, in the form of increased taxes, and/or in the form of malicious legal action that is permitted a liberal judicial agenda that promotes all of the above, ‘by law’.

In the story of “FOG”, is an everyman’s experience of the corruption of our legal system, and of our Federal government inclusive of the collusion of its presumed tri-part government system of checks-and-balances.  In this real-life example, we have economic and social corpses strewn throughout the landscape of ‘America’s fruited plains’.  In this story we have a fuzzy ‘corpse, easy to understand because he is ‘you and I’; his name is ‘FOG’,

FOG became a vital energy, a real presence, in the city of his birth  – an amorphous energy as a phantom form, as a real-life real estate property development prospect, that had an economic and social lifeline for as long as it was a property ‘in play’ within   logical economic and socio-political constraints relative to its location.  ‘FOG’, was murdered by his handlers; individuals/corporations/lawyers/city planners/bankers, et al, who hide behind the corruption of The System.

The cost of FOG’s burial and the cumulative loss of value to his neighbors, was charged to the American Tax Payer – of course; followed by use of the courts to further promote fraudulent offenses against private citizens; aided by lawyers who created fraudulent dossiers about defendants, claiming false personal and business data including false geographical locations falsifying legal jurisdiction, false names of defendants, insufficient service of process, false publication of service in jurisdictions where the defendant has not resided for years prior to these events.  In summary, utilizing the Law to break civil laws in order to hold innocent parties hostage to their intent to bankrupt those against whom they maliciously pursued a vendetta designed for profit only to the law firm representing the perpetrators of the initial fraud. Their money, their corrupt lawyers, and a corrupt legal system – upheld their criminal actions – awarding them a totally fraudulent decision that instead held the innocent as their financial captive.

But, the story has a punch line that vindicates the innocent.  To read to understand the calculated fraud behind these events, you will recognize the pathology of injustice in the courts of the U.S. and in the offices of municipal policy and lawmakers in America’s cities, otherwise you will not recognize the punch line, which you’ll want to keep in your arsenal of strategies when you encounter your own ‘FOG’.

‘FOG’ is a chameleon, he may be a real estate property, or he may be a malicious lawsuit based on false claims, or he may be an unfair tax assessment, or anything else that is illegitimate, but is protected by a legal system out of control, promoting and upholding negative rights for those who are monied at the expense of those who are not. (You’ve just read the punch line, but, you’ll want to know when to use it to turn the tables, and how).

back to his beginnings and forward, as he was backed by $15 million in bank loans made by two substantial commercial banks – one of which is now defunct, the other having had its rating downgraded substantially – to the benefit of a couple of immigrant Korean real estate developers who, for reasons that remain suspicious, were not required to secure the loan either by a trust deed on the property or other securities, though they were loaned funds that at least half of the entire block could hardly have justified; who are legally represented by an L.A. law firm renowned for its aggressive advocacy of the Korean community in the L.A. basin – while – the loan was of a negative loan-to-value ratio exceeding 100% by a factor of 10 – not secured by the property, or by assets of the borrowers and how that loan came to be a taxpayer liability –

Fitch Downgrades Central Pacific Bank to ‘CCC’

The downgrade of Central Pacific Bank’s ratings reflects the significant escalation of credit problems in both its California and Hawaii loan portfolios. While Fitch expected the company to endure increased credit stress in its Hawaii portfolio, as well as in its still sizeable exposure to California commercial real estate, the recent level of deterioration exceeded Fitch’s original projections. Credit deterioration, which is not expected to abate in the near-term, has generated sizeable losses and caused considerable erosion to the bank’s capital position. Fitch believes that the company will continue to generate material losses, which will continue to erode capital and reduce the benefit of any potential capital augmentation. Further, due to the heightened level of credit stress and the erosion of capital, the bank is expected to consent to a formal enforcement action with the FDIC and its state regulator, with directives focused on capital, asset quality, and liquidity. Existing regulatory agreements call for Central Pacific Bank to maintain enhanced capital levels that exceed the minimum regulatory requirements to be considered ‘well-capitalized’, specifically maintaining a leverage ratio of 9%, which the bank is now in violation.
