This may make me a lot of enemies and cost me friends. Caylee Anthony #4

I understand that the decision to not let Caycee Anthony be at her daughters memorial was mad by the sherriff’s department and not by the court. Is it not the courts responsibility to protect the rights of the individual. Yes, she has been chatged, but not convicted and should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. They cite the cost. What about this charade in DC for Obama. The cost will be a tiny drop in a bucket compared to this and no one is complaining. Yes 1 is complaining, I am. Until proven guilty she should be presumed innocent. As` one of the previous comments pointed out, perhaps if guilty going through a memorial may make her open up, innocent or guilty. Where is the ACLU on her rights. I guess defending the rights of Islamic terrorists.

I think it would have been risky for her to attend the funeral although innocent until proven guilty you’d think there would be a special priviledge thing for the funeral of your own child.
However, I just saw on the news where Caycee didn’t even want to watch the service on tv and the jail would have granted her permission to do that.

  2. boudicabpi says:

    stacy,
I would only feel sorry if she was proven innocent.

  3. boudicabpi says:

    FosterMom,
Someone previously commented that perhaps seeing her daughters funeral may break her silence if she is guilty, a good point.

  4. boudicabpi says:

    n poe,
I agree that she did nothing to help find Caylee, but disagree with your premise of guilty before trial.

  5. boudicabpi says:

    cmbtvet,
You could very well be right.

  6. boudicabpi says:

    Jill From Western Austrailia,
I share your thoughts on Caylee and have never said that I like Casey.

  7. boudicabpi says:

    embers,
I respectfully disagree with your conviction before trial.

  8. boudicabpi says:

    Rhonda,
That is exactly my point. I am not convicting her neither am I trying to minimize the seriousness of the charges against her. The more she is presumed guilty until proven innocent the harder it will be for her to get a fair trial.

  9. boudicabpi says:

    grownyoungwoman,
I neither like or dislike controversy. To not read or comment on any of my posts is your decision.

    Nikki,
I am a road scholar, not a Rhoades scholar and believe though extremely important education does not always equate to common sense.

  11. boudicabpi says:

    Hilde,
Yes, we all have a right to our opinions, and for those that disagree with mine, they are allowed the opportunity to say so. As far as Barak Obama their is also a lot of doubt there but not so many are outspoken.

  12. boudicabpi says:

    Hi Codie,
And of course Casey has already seen Caylee lied to rest so why does she need to attend a funeral ?????? She choose to let her child rest in the woods in a plastic bag with no regards to human life or a childs innocence.

We may think that but not know it. I neither am saying she did or did not do this. Only that she should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  13. boudicabpi says:

    Hi Knight Owl,
She needs to be kept safe but refer back to my comment to Molly.
    Bob A.

  14. boudicabpi says:

Molly, you could very well be correct. In a previous post someone asked why could they not do it in the on site chapel. I have to say I do not know if she has expressed an interest in going. This is a media circus. However if she would want to attend a memorial I believe she should. I am not saying she is innocent nor am I saying she is guilty. I do say she should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
    Bob A.

  15. stacy says:

Whatever.By the way, Miss Priss hasn’t even requested special permisson to go to the funeral. So go ahead and feel sorry for this piece of sh!t anyway.

  16. FosterMom says:

I agree with ur statement. She should be allowed to go see what she has done.SHOW HER the reality of this!

  17. n poe says:

you kow what she didn’t do shit to help find her child.to hell with innocent until proven guilty .she’s proven herself already. i wouldn’t let that selfish pos any where near a beautiful memorial for that baby. nor the grandparents. come on people pull your heads out your azzes they knew heir daughter was lying thru her teeth and the baby was more than likely dead and they covered for her.i say charge them and fry their azzess too.as well as her brother.

  18. cmbtvet says:

Last I heard was if her attorney (Baez) asked the court for permission for her to attend her daughter’s funeral, it would most likely be granted. I’m guessing though that Casey does not want to attend since there hasn’t been a motion filed. After all Casey said her final goodbye to Caylee about 6 months ago.

As a final note, Casey’s rights were read to her when she was arrested and I don’t believe “You have the right to attend your murdered child’s funeral” was one of them.

  19. Hilde says:

By the Way, no Harm to speak out how You feel, that doesn’t mean You
will make Enemies or loose Friends.
Myself I am always open to hear other People’s Opinions.

  20. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bless the memory of Caylee…sri I hate Casey!!!

  21. embers says:

If you are standing trail for killing your own child you have NO RIGHTS until proving innocent and that is how it should be. A Mother should be held on higher standers it is a mothers place to Give All Of Her Self to her child or children. I am a mother of 2 an there is nothing in this world that would make me go a month with out asking for help to find my kids. But all this selfish woman was think of was lets party. Any Good mother out here in this world would give thier life for thier kids and fight to thier last breath for thier kids. I just can’t understand how she could do this to her baby girl. My youngest is the same age as Caylee and her smile lights up my life there is nothing in this world as great as being a mommy. Will all I can hope for is this Selfish B—h gets DEATH for what we all know she has done. An Hope Caylee has peace. Caycee didn’t see what a Wonderful Gift from God her Caylee was so as a mother she should get Death.

  22. Rhonda says:

I agree with you totally! You would think that she has already been hanged. I am not to sure about the Florida Justice Department after some of the things that I have been through and now this.

  23. grownyoungmom says:

it’s apparent you just like controversy, i’m not going to waste my enery on commenting any further

  24. Nikki says:

Remedial basic grammar and sentence structure, some typing lessons, getting your high school diploma…any of these might make your blog readable, dear. Oh wait, you’d still be an idiot. Never mind.

  25. Hilde says:

In my Opinion the Sheriffs Dept. made the right Decision!

Casey is sitting in Jail charged with Murder of her own Daughter.

It would not be wise to let her attend the Funeral of Caylee, if nothing else
it is a Security Risk, maybe she should be glad she doesn’t have to attend the Funeral, by this way she is just as save than hiding in Jail in
    protective Custody.
Again Casey is protected and it is made sure no Harm will come to her.

Also I wouldn’t compare President elect Obama with this Situation, he is not the One charged with murdering one of his Children, completely different
    Circumstances.

As far as Casey’s Right, her Defense Team will make sure her Rights are
    protected.

Myself and so many others are concerned that Caylee’s Rights, the
Victim is also protected. The State will speak out for Caylee’s Rights
    at the Trial!

  26. Codie says:

Im all for innocent until proven guilty but seriously ……… If they were to let her go to the funeral do you think that would be safe for her……. What would that say in respects to Caylee also, to let by chance her murderer attend her funeral so they can bask in what they have done……. No, I dont agree it was the police who made this decision but in fact the court, if you look at the over all case , it is in fact in caseys best interest to NOT be at Caylees funeral and how do anyone of us know if she really wanted to go ??????? Sounds to me like Beaz only asked the court for release for funeral so he can try and use this as another way to show the jury that the police from the beginning were “framing” Casey.

And of course Casey has already seen Caylee lied to rest so why does she need to attend a funeral ?????? She choose to let her child rest in the woods in a plastic bag with no regards to human life or a childs innocence.

  27. Knight Owl says:

My thoughts the reason why Casey is not allowed to go to the funeral is due to her own protection. Casey is the most hated Mother in America right now and it is LE’S Job to keep her safe , so they are not going to put her out in the open at a funeral for a possible disaster to happen, and could cause others to get hurt as well. I think LE made the right and safest decision for all involved.

  28. Molly says:

If I’m not mistaken it’s the rules of the Orange County jail that she can not be released. I also think the safety issue comes into this too, it would be very hard to protect her, lots of people out there don’t like her very much.
