Utah Man Avoids Prison By Lying…Claims He is an Illegal Immigrant

This is how terrible our immigration system is. The drug dealer should have been imprisoned and then deported. Glad the DOJ didn’t capture him. They would have just set him free and told him to vote for Obama.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Utah man hatched a creative scheme to avoid going to prison on a drug charge: He lied to authorities and said he was an illegal immigrant so he could get deported to Mexico and evade time behind bars.

The jig was up, however, when 27-year-old Jaime Alvarado returned to the U.S. using his passport and was arrested again by Salt Lake City police. Read more…

  1. Hey, did the rest of ya’ll just go through a
    roughly 24-hour period where you couldn’t
    log onto wordpress or navigate to any of
    our usual blogs from your ISP by any route
    conceivable. or was that just me?

    While that was happening I googled around
    and found out a “black wordpress hole” has
    swallowed up 4500 blogs.

    I’m going to try and back up my site some-
    how so if something happens to it I won’t
    lose all my content and be left stuck with
    nothing.
