New Mexico Tells Feds “Don’t Tread on Me!!”

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” [US Constitution, 10th Amendment]

The State of New Mexico has scored a MAJOR victory by enforcing the 10th Amendment!  The State maintains that NM law and the local Sheriff trumps the feds.  Amen!  The US is a federation of states and power resides in the States and NOT Washington DC! Read more…
