Pro-Gaddafi forces strike back, ‘Libya out of control’

Fighting has broken out in Libya between supporters of former leader Muammar Gaddafi and forces loyal to the new government. The head of the National Transitional Council has warned that the country is on the verge of returning to a state of civil war. Our correspondent Maria Finoshina says the NTC doesn’t control the situation in Libya.
