In a considerable setback for a president eager to ravage the due process rights of the American people, Federal Judge Kathleen Forrest granted a preliminary injunction on Wednesday, striking down those sections of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012 which sought to provide Barack Obama the power to indefinitely detain citizens without benefit of their 5th Amendment rights.     This can be validated if you are interested. I just got this in. Do you remember the Hawaii Hospital?

    Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital did not exist as such in 1961.

    Yet this is the name of the Hospital that is listed on Obama’s Birth Certificate.

    The Hospital was not designated as such until after a merger of two medical facilities in 1978.

    Funny part is, Judge Forrest was placed on the bench by OBAMA in 2011!!! Yet she broke it off in him with this correct ruling. She might be the only honest lib judge in the US!
