Obama is the first president of the United States to blatantly refuse to enforce US laws. Obama used an Executive Order to stop state & federal law enforcement agencies from deporting illegal immigrants. Then when the Supreme Court ruled that Arizona law enforcement officers could ask for immigration status when conducting an investigation, Obama ordered ICE not to cooperate with them.
