All taxpayers should start their own risky solar power companies so they can get these loans from Obama. Create a dozen jobs that cost $75 million per job. Then spend all the money and file bankruptcy leaving the taxpayers with the bill. Unemployment would be lower and all would be millionaires, if not billionaires. Problem solved.
