This employee showed great composure and her employer and co-workers should be very proud of her reaction to Adam Smith.  Would he have been this brave outside of his car confronting a man. I think not. Smith scrubbed his video and profile but too late as many had already downloaded it. I went to Adam M. Smith’s profile on linkedin and it is also scrubbed there, guess he realizes what a douchebag he was for putting this young woman’s face out on the internet.
