    I just stated a few moments ago…This woman lost her soul a very long time ago. More than likely, she is taking the fall for….wait…allow me to re-phrase that. They are ALL responsible. Obama IS the Commander in Chief over the Military; and he is the one who told them to “stand down.”
    The “responsibility” is really his!
