He is taking a “pre-existing” law meant for citizens…and adulterating it until it is FUBAR.
IF there is an eminent threat (like a bomb) by someone, they do NOT have to have the Miranda Act followed.
Another law that is enforced in the U.S. for anyone who Threatens Our Soil is to be arrested and taken before a Military Tribunal since it is a threat towards the U.S.
He is NOT abiding by ANY State OR National Law that exists to protect us….including the accused. HE has become Law enforcer, Judge and Jury.
I have wondered since it happened if anyone was going to do anything about it.
My concern is that he will cause it to go to the Supreme Court somehow…and he owns the Supreme Court.
