1. Be courteous to everyone, friendly to no one.

 Be careful who you befriend. Most women are attacked by people who are known to them, friends even. RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) reports that 73% of sexual assaults were perpetrated by a non-stranger. I am the nicest girl in the world…until you try to hurt me or someone I love.

2. Decide to be aggressive enough, quickly enough.

It is quicker and more effective to act then to react.

3. Have a plan.

Training and mental preparedness are crucial, develope a Personal Tactical Doctrine  

4. Have a back-up plan, because the first one probably won’t work.
