What to do when school fails OUR KIDS
Thank you for all of your reblogs.
We have a lot of stupid kids graduating high school. Not only that, they get into a job and EXPECT to be the supervisor after a short time. They don’t consider “learning” all there is to know about the specific business they are in…. they JUST WANT TO BE BOSS without earning the position.
I am 66 yrs old and a couple of years ago after I volunteered at the animal shelter, I wanted to work all the time with animals
P-T. The shelter was too painful watching all of those poor dogs that no one claimed.
So, I went to work for a high $ Doggie Daycare. I saw grown women (ages ranging from 19-26) actually punching each other in the face fighting over who would BE THE BOSS!
What has happened to “earning” your place in the field of employment by learning the job; doing it right; coming up with innovative ideas to make your boss look good?
IF The age group I am observing now continue with their self serving attitudes…our country will be in even worse shape when they get out into the real world.
