This election does not get decided until Mid-December when the Electoral College cast their votes.
According to Article II of the U.S. Constitution AND the 12th Amendment – if 1/3rd of the States do not cast their votes in the Electoral College — then the matter falls onto the House of Representatives to choose the President.
In other words — if we pressure Congressmen, State Party Officials, and groups such as Tea Party Patriots, Heritage Foundation, etc., to call on RED States to NOT have their Electors cast their vote — then the House of Reps CAN choose the next President!!!!!
The democrats are stealing this election and it is up to WE, the people, to put the hammer down on their widespread vote-fraud. The founding-fathers gave us the Electoral College for several reasons.
Vote-Fraud is one of those reasons.
But it is up to us to hold tightly to the Constitution. If we don’t – then we are just as guilty as those who would ignore it.The Constitution can stop the socialist machine in its’ tracks.
But it is up to YOU to get on the phone and make some noise.
Please call your State Party Officials, your Congressmen, and any political groups or organizations ASAP.
WE do not elect the President. The Electoral College elects the President. But if enough of them do not cast their vote – then the responsibility falls onto the House of Representatives to choose the next President.
MAKE THE CALLS!!!
If just 17 RED States agreed to NOT cast their votes in the electoral college – then it goes to the House. And if pressured – they just might do it.
We do NOT have to convince ANY democrats – at all.
All we have to do is convince 1/3 of the States to NOT cast their electoral college votes.
Well more than 1/3 of the States did in fact vote as RED States. And they too can see the obvious, wide-spread vote-fraud which has taken place.
So, if the Electors in 17 States which Romney won decided to NOT cast their electoral college votes — then the electoral college does not meet the requirement as defined in the Constitution. And in such a case, the electoral college is thereby null and void. The matter then goes to the House.
In every State, each political party chooses its’ own “electors”.
Then, whichever party wins the popular vote in each State is the party which gets to have its’ electors cast their vote in the electoral college.
However, according to the Constitution and the 12th Amendment, in order for the Electoral College to have a quorum – then at least 2/3rds of the States must cast their votes.
As stated in the Constitution and the 12th Amendment:
“A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States,”
So, if 1/3 of the States (17) do NOT cast their electoral college votes – then it goes to the House of Representatives (not the senate) to elect the next President.
YES!! WE CAN DO THIS!!
GET THE WORD OUT!!
AND MAKE SOME CALLS!!

Bob, I had 10 Tea Party Leaders in my address book. When two of the got it….I was sent to spam and/or blocked. I know this because I got a bounce back that my “message could NOT be delivered.”
The election was lost when the RNC bought, lied, cheated and bullied the unelectable progressive Waffling Willard Romney onto the top of the ticket.
I like your list with an addition of Bachman…she and Newt were the only ones who “declared” to get the Muslims out of D.C.
I liked Cain, but the man was/is an Affirmative Action Fail:
I watched him for 48 hrs and these were his comments.
These are his comments:
Paraphrasing:
1) I would have Muslims on my staff (Muslims are allowed to lie to Infidels);
2) When asked about it? States that he “Misspoke (sp)”; in other words, he didn’t know what he was really saying.
3) Changed it to — they can give me an Oath (same mistake–Muslims allowed to lie to infidels);
4) I will have homosexuals on my staff;
5) Hard-line stance on Homosexuality as a sin; Homosexuality is a sin and a choice
6) AFTER it was too late, he finally said, he would NOT have a Muslim on his staff.
In ONE sentence you said it all!
Sid, there were several of us on the Newt360 site. We were “banned”. We finally did find out why. Seems the “Romney people took it over using the excuse, it as what Newt would have wanted. Mind you, Newt WAS STILL in the running at that time.
We did find out later that there was a great deal of bickering, and fighting on WHO IS THE BOSS on Tea Party Org and another one. They did receive $$ to have that site… so it is the “golden rule.”

We kept saying the very same thing you just said and NO ONE would listen to us.
We did it the “right way”…we uploaded his own Video(s)…so everything came out of his own mouth. Then we’d upload entire articles and we still got blasted.
We were having Romney shoved down our throats from day one! And, it continued. Okay, I ended up having to vote for him….and the SOB didn’t even defend himself when Obama won by massive fraud.
We did make it viral…didn’t do any good.
Sidramone, many of us were kicked off and sometimes “banned” from a site for upload video(s) of Romney “in his own words” explaining where he stood on subjective matters! We also uploaded articles……FACTS…and they didn’t care.
Many of us have given up on the Tea Parties having any influence after this last campaign run for the candidates and the election. THEY HAD THE POWER to turn this into the right direction but there was too much in-house competition on some of the sites. They were FINANCED. And, the old golden rule applies: “Who has the gold makes the rule.” The leader was being paid so they’d kick anyone off AND DID who spoke out about Romney and we needed to GET BEHIND SOMEONE ELSE
THE ONLY TWO running for President who stated quite clearly they would get the Muslims out of Our Federal Government and ban Sharia Law were Newt Gingrich and Michelle Bachman. And, as you know they were kicked to the curb for Romney who WANTED TO Fund a Charter School for Islamists on the U.S. Tax $$.
This last election was more in line of a 3rd world country pseudo election that an election in the USA!
Why would we go through all this constitutional crises just to get that progressive pile of crap Romney? I could see it if the GOP nominee was Newt, Dr Paul, Cain, or Santorum. But save something like this for a man who deserves to be president and would be a conservative alternative rather then a different liberal.
