Inmates Sue Alcohol Industry for $1 Billion

Five Idaho prison inmates are suing the nation’s largest beer and wine makers for $1 billion. The inmates claim they could have avoided many problems, if they had been warned about the dangers of alcohol. (Jan. 4)

That is THE most ridiculous thing I have heard…lately…anyway.
I was on a jury and actually heard the mother blaming the the owner of a store that it was HIS FAULT he got shot during a robbery because he refused to hand over the $$.
