Are Americans able to arrest a dictatorial president, dictatorial members of parliament, dictatorial judges, and dictatorial justices? Yes: Absolutely!

Notice that this policeman does not have a gun. “Political power flows from the barrel of a gun.” (Originally Lenin, later simplified by Mao Zedong — both used “gun control”) We the People (American citizens) have guns to protect our Sovereignty — Freedom.

Are you willing to march on Washington and arrest Snob rule “elites,”  i.e., arrest those in all the three branches of government that are conspiring against our U.S. Constitution? When judges and justices “decide” that willful violations of our Constitution are “legal,” are you willing to confront the conspiracy? This is a question that you should decide before these “political and legal elites” arrest you for trying to uphold your rights and protect your nation. It is a question of what your principles are and whether you stand or sit when facing the enemy.

NOTE: The U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Fourth Amendment of our U.S. Consitution on February 26th—conspiring with the executive and legislative branches of government against our Constitution, i.e., unlawfully depriving you of rights to legal recourse against the government when it violates or alientates your rights. In fact, our U.S. Constitution is a contract between each American and the government, but the U.S. Supreme Court has now “decided” that the government is entirely immune when you file a complaint in a court of law, and therefore your complaint regarding the violation of your right to privacy under the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution is automatically dismissed.

NOTE: The government’s willful violation or alienation of our right to privacy is in fact a usurpation of our Sovereignty, (i.e., a loss of all our Freedom.), and to not stand for Freedom is to allow the enslavement of your children and their children (your grandchildren). Once lost, Freedom is extremely hard to regain. That is why Senator Rand Paul was correct to say:

“If you give up your rights now, don’t expect to get them back.”

And beware! Obama’s strategy is to take your rights inch by inch, so that you do not notice or get riled up enough to act. His intent is to bring you slowly to a point of exhaustion—weakening your resolve. Read more…

  1. upaces88 says:

When the House and Senate become as corrupt is he is, we do have a legal remedy:
    18 USC § 2382 – MISPRISION OF TREASON

    USC-prelim
    US Code
    Notes
    Currency

This preliminary release may be subject to further revision before it is released again as a final version. As with other online versions of the Code, the U.S. Code Classification Tables should be consulted for the latest laws affecting the Code. Those using the USCPrelim should verify the text against the printed slip laws available from GPO (Government Printing Office), the laws as shown on THOMAS(a legislative service of the Library of Congress), and the final version of the Code when it becomes available.

Current through Pub. L. 112-90. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

It can be filed through two entities:

The Provost Marshall, and read below:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.
