This is the story of a traumatizing event that took place last night; November 27th, 2013. CPS and police came to a home and took a 7 day old little girl without investigation, without reason, and without the rights. We are doing our best to fight this, and bring that little girl back home. The mother of the child was not a drug abuser or user, she was not homeless, she was not a drunk, she was not crazy, she never abused her children, she was in a well adjusted home, and she had everything the infant could possibly need. We have video and audio footage of the police and CPS coming in the home, and using brutal behavior while the mothers lawyer was present–including the entrapment of 2 other young children and crushing one of them between a chair and bed. We need as much support as we can get with this situation and we would appreciate any advice or help that we could receive.
