The WHO is an organization.  The organization belonging to WORLD organizations.  They are the organizations that are controlled by Internationals.  Corporations that have an international presence, organizations that have an international presence (these include the NGO’s and non for profits), and even individuals.  This is the face of COLLECTIVISM.

This is nothing like the Federation in Star Trek.  These organizations set themselves above and create POLICIES that become LAWs.

They are MORE powerful than any one government.  They are not few and more than you can guess.  They are also, UN – ELECTED
