Did Biden say The President is racist?

I guess Biden does have Alzheimer’s because when he said, at the debate Tuesday night, that President Trump was a racist he must have forgotten that he said, “Well I tell you what, If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black” during a radio interview.

Is Biden saying to the millions of African Americans who don’t support the rioting and destruction of personal property and support the President when it comes to living by the rule of law….. that they are not truly black?

I can only ask
who is more racist
a President who’s policies
increased black employment
to record levels
or
a former vice-President
who had close ties for decades with
congressman Robert Byrd
a former KKK leader.
