As the leftist media and politicians cry foul, the nomination to the supreme court by the president of the United Statesis a matter of law found in Section II of the U.S. Constitution.

Another lie, he once gave a seminar on Constitutional Law.

He did not teach Constitutional Law he once taught a seminal on the subject.
