Trump/Biden combined votes = 155+million. Registered voters in U.S. = 115+ million. ????

Cry and Howl

Making this short and sweet; I just went to this website to find out the total number of registered voters in the U.S. which is 115,273,738. Now, Trump got 74,111,419 votes and Biden allegedly got 81,009,468 votes which total 155,120,887. That = 39,847,149 people voted who aren’t registered? How does that happen?
