Coming to terms with one’s mortality

Some might view and listen to the words below and come to a realization

That’s a good thing.

We have played our hands, dealt with life’s issues good or bad, this is in no way a sad song, its a wake up call for all of us to take better care of ourselves, exercise and eat well.

This is not a time of sadness or a time to look back on the things we wanted to do.

It’s a time to rejoice, live life to the fullest, there is no point in looking back we can’t change the past.

Remember, tomorrow is promised to no one.
